Parents and players understand and agree that there is no primary medical insurance for this program. Parents and players further understand that there are standards of behavior that have been established and that violations of these rules can result in dismissal from the program without refund of fees.
The CHC policy at all ages (boys & girls) to be eligible to tryout is:
1. US citizen
2. CT resident
3. For ages that do not involve the possibility of a national development camp, the player must be a member of a CHC program
